We started Fraicos because we kept seeing the same thing: SME founders excited about AI, vendors selling decks, consultants billing hours — and nothing actually working at the end of it.
Our model is different. We embed two operating roles directly into your business: an AI Chief of Staff who owns your strategy and a Senior AI Engineer who owns your builds. We don't advise from the outside. We work from the inside — with accountability, not just deliverables.
